Bus Accident in Uttarkashi, resulting in 14 injured and 3 killed

According to the report, at least three women were killed and 14 others were injured in a bus accident near Ganganani in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand. The accident happened on Tuesday night when the bus lost control.

Details of the Incident

The bus was travelling from Gangotri Dham to Uttarkashi. It met with an accident, causing serious injuries to many passengers.

Police Statement

The police reported, "14 people were injured, 12 seriously, and three women passengers died in the accident that took place on Tuesday night. The seriously injured have been referred to AIIMS Rishikesh and Doon Hospital Dehradun."

Rescue Operations

Upon receiving information about the accident, the police, along with teams from SDRF, NDRF, and other disaster response units, quickly reached the scene. They carried out rescue operations and transported the injured to the hospital for treatment.

Current Situation

The seriously injured passengers are now being admitted at AIIMS Rishikesh and Doon Hospital in Dehradun. The bus was on its way from the holy site of Gangotri Dham to Uttarkashi when the unfortunate event occurred. More information is yet to be discovered.
