CUET PG RESULTS DECLARED: TOPPERS ANNOUNCED

INTRODUCTION:

National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared results of Common University Entrance Test CUET (PG) Exams on 13 April, 2024 alongwith with list of subject-wise toppers. Results were declared a day after NTA released the PG Answer Key on 12 April 2024. Candidates who appeared for CUET-PG Exam can check their results on official website

ABOUT EXAMINATION:

CUET PG Examination was conducted from 11 March 2024 to 28 March 2024 in Computer Based Test (CBT) across 572 centres located in 262 cities. Provisional Answer Key was released by NTA on 05 April 2024 and objection window was closed on 07April 2024.

ABOUT CUET:

CUET or Common University Entrance Test in an all India test being organised by National Testing Agency or NTA for admission in various UG, PG, Doctorate, Diploma, Certification and Research Programmes etc. In 45 Central Universities of India which include Delhi University, Allahabad University, Banaras Hindu University etc,.

TOTAL APPEARED STUDENTS:

As per data released by NTA a total of 7,68,414 distinct individuals registered for the CUET PG Exam out of which 5,77,400 showed up for the admission exam.

GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS:

The UGC Chairman “M Jagadesh Kumar” said that the NTA score will be valid only for the academic year 2024-25. If a student fails to take admission during stipulated time he/she will have to reappear for the test next year. A total of 92 questions were dropped overall. Admission to pg courses will be offered on the basis of merit in CUET PG and admission policy of the respective participating universities. After declaration of the results any complaints raised by the candidates to the exam authority will not be entertained. CUET scorecard released by the exam authority will be considered final score of the candidates in PG 2024 examinations.

ELIGIBILITY FOR CUET UG/PG :

Candidates wsho have qualified in Class 12 with minimum 50% marks are considered eligible for CUET exam for UG or Diploma courses. While for PG exams a bachelors degree with minimum 50% marks in a related field is required to apply for CUET PG. However there is no age limit for appearing in CUET.
