29th March 2023 Mumbai: Season 1 of the tennis cricket league Shaaz International Premier League (SIPL) is underway with gusto at the Arlem Ground in Goa. Former Chief Minister of Goa Laxmikant Parsekar was also present here as the Chief Guest and congratulated the organisers. He said that SIPL looks like a festival.
It is the result of continuous hard work of Naghma Khan, Shaaz Khan and their team that this event was organized. I heartily congratulate and thank the organizers of this league on behalf of all the people of Goa.”
Cabinet Minister Subhash Desai was also present on this occasion and he also congratulated its organizers on his behalf.
Aleeza Khan, Aparna Dixit also appeared here as guests for the encouragement of the players. The names of Golden Boy Sunny and Sanjay’s wife Preeti Soni are noteworthy. The founder of this premier league is Naghma Khan and director Shaaz Khan. It was marketed by Azad Jung of Purple Bird Events.
Let us tell you that the opening ceremony of SIPL also became a memorable event when TV star Rashmi Desai’s dance enthralled everyone. Bigg Boss fame Shiv Thackeray, Akanksha Puri, Singer Mannu Punjabi etc. were also included in the guests here.
