Seeing Ram Navami, not only Ayodhya but devotees all over the country are excited. On this occasion, there is a possibility of a crowd of more than 50 lakh in the newly built Ram temple in Ayodhya on 17th April.

VIP darshan closed from 15th to 18th April

On January 22, the day of Pran Pratistha in Ayodhya, Devraj Hans Baba Ashram sent 1,111 maunds of ladoo (one maund equal to 40 kg) for offering. In view of the estimated arrival of approximately 50 lakh devotees in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya on Ram Navami, the Ram Temple Trust has imposed a complete ban on VIP darshan and VIP passes from April 15 to 18.

According to Temple Trust Office in-charge Prakash Gupta, devotees will not be able to use Sugam Darshan Pass and Aarti Pass during this period. Sugam and Aarti passes announced online for this period have been cancelled. The office in-charge said that in view of the rush on the main dates of Ram Navami, arrangements are being made so that more and more devotees can have darshan of Ramlala.

Arrangement of 20 continuous hours of darshan daily

Under this, passes for Sugam Darshan and Aarti have been banned. He said that darshan will be arranged for 20 continuous hours every day from Monday to Thursday. 4 hours are reserved for Ramlala decoration, prasad, raga puja and aarti.

From April 15 to 18, there will be a ban on VIP darshan at Ramlala’s Darbar. While announcing the guidelines, the trust has said that no arrangements will be made for VIP darshan for four days from Monday. Those who made VIP passes between April 15 and 18, their passes will also be considered cancelled.

Special arrangement due to possibility of overcrowding

The crowd of devotees is likely to increase in Ayodhya from Chaitra Shukla Saptami i.e. Monday. Seeing this, the Ram Mandir Trust has banned VIP darshan. Champat Rai, general secretary of the trust, has appealed that VIP protocol holders should not come to Ayodhya on these dates. VIP darshan will not be possible in a crowd. Pre-made special and flexible passes will not be valid till 18th April. In such a situation, VIP facilities will not be provided to the pass holders.

Trustee Atul Kumar Saxena said that Hans Baba sends Prasad to various temples every week. A minimum of five thousand packets of Prasad are sent to various temples, be it Kashi Vishwanath Temple or Tirupati Balaji Temple. In view of Ram Navami, which is being celebrated for the first time after the consecration of life in the Ram temple located in Ayodhya, lakhs of devotees are expected to reach here, for which tight security arrangements have been made.
