After a four-hour-long meeting between the management and the crew members, a solution has emerged that is expected to see all crew members return to work. Through the sources the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) and the Ministry of Labour and Employment was pushed and had a great hand to resolve the issue.  After a huge drama the crises of Air India Express, finally reached to the solution. which gave relief to both management and passengers facing problem through crises.

The strike was practiced for several days, which affected numerous cancellations of flight and left lots of passengers on stand. The crisis began when a group of Air India Express crew members went on strike in protest known for sick leave. Practiced against unfair procedures by the airline’s management.  The situation had extended to long, leading lots of confusion and airline was forced to cancel the scheduled flight.

However, after a   negotiation between on strike crew members and management, a solution was finally achieved.  The system has to agree to entertain the arguments of the crew members and also has promise to take effective actions so such issues would not arise in future. In return, the crew members have agreed to call off their leave and return to work.

In the resolution of the crisis all parties were involved. The airline’s management has expressed obligation towards   crew members for their cooperation and understandings. They have also apologized to the passengers for the inconvenience caused by the crises. The passengers, on their part, have expressed relief on continuing the normalcy and have thanked the airline for resolving the crisis in a timely manner.

The resolution of the Air India Express crisis highlights the importance of discussion and effective communication in resolving crises. It taught the need for airlines to know the concerns of their employees on time fairly. The crisis serves as a reminder of the impact. And the importance of finding proper solutions to resolve such disputes.
