29 August 2023, Mumbai: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is expected to embark on a visit to Europe next month, coinciding with India’s hosting of the G20 Summit from September 9 to 10. During his trip, he is set to meet European Commission lawmakers in Belgium, address students at a university in Paris, and engage with the Indian diaspora in Oslo.
European Engagements and Addressing Students
Rahul Gandhi’s tour is scheduled to commence in the first week of September. He is slated to attend a meeting with European Union members in Brussels on September 7. A day later, on September 8, the former Congress chief will address students at a university in Paris, delivering an insightful lecture.
Labour Union Interaction and Norway Visit
Continuing his engagements, Gandhi is expected to participate in a meeting organized by the Labour Union of France in Paris on September 9. Subsequently, his itinerary takes him to Norway, where he will address an Indian diaspora event on September 10. The visit to Norway will provide an opportunity for interaction with the diaspora community, and he might also conduct a press conference during his stay.
