Air India Flight Returns to Chicago After 10 Hours, 11 Toilets Clogged
Air India stated a “technical issue” forced the flight's return and that passengers were shifted and refunded.

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India] March 10: The Air India flight from Chicago to Delhi delayed 14 hours, with 11 of the 12 lavatories clogged, View from the Wing reported.
As to the claim, only one business class lavatory was available on the 300-passenger trip.
After four and a half hours, the airplane crossed Greenland. The aircraft went back to Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, leaving customers trapped.
Air India said that the incident was reported as a “technical issue” on the flight. As reported by ANI, the airlines said they housed people at Chicago airport.

The View of the Wings report stated that the jet was grounded at the Chicago airport for two days for maintenance and cleaning after the incident.
A New York Post claims that even if one or two of the restrooms are discovered to be unusable or blocked, the crew on a plane can choose to turn around the plane.
