CBFC's Proposed Cuts  Troubles with the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) have caused the film to be significantly delayed. The requested cuts ranged from 85 to 120 minutes. Not only that, but the CBFC asked the producers to remove the year 1995—the year in which Khalra vanished—from the title of the film.
