24th June 2023, Mumbai: In a recent development, singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh has reacted after being mentioned by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken amid a luncheon facilitated for Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Blinken highlighted how India has become a part of their day by day lives within the United States, saying different social aspects including Diljit’s music.
During the luncheon, Antony Blinken stated, “Here within the US, India is a part of our day by day lives. We appreciate our Jhumpa Lahiri novels over samosas. We snicker at the comedies of Mindy Kaling. We dance to the beats of Diljit at Coachella. And yes, Mr. Prime Minister, and I can say this from individual encounters, we keep ourselves more or less fit and solid doing yoga.”
