27 October 2023, Mumbai: Ravi Teja’s crime thriller, ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao,’ is facing a drop in box office collections despite its solid critical acclaim. The film has managed to accumulate Rs 29 crore in India so far since its release on October 20. While it may not have witnessed a significant surge in earnings, it has been garnering favorable reviews from viewers.

From the outset, ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao’ has encountered challenges, beginning with its opening day collection of Rs 6.55 crore in India. On October 26, the film’s earnings are estimated to be around Rs 2.30 crore net at the domestic box office. Consequently, the film’s total collection for the first seven days now stands at Rs 29.99 crore net in India. On October 26, the film recorded an overall occupancy rate of 25.76 percent.

The Cast and Crew of ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao’

‘Tiger Nageswara Rao’ boasts an ensemble cast, with Ravi Teja in the titular role, and includes Nupur Sanon, Gayathri Bharadwaj, Renu Desai, and Anupam Kher in significant roles. Directed by Vamsee and produced by Abhishek Agarwal under the banner of Abhishek Agarwal Arts, the film has seen a pan-India release, hitting theaters in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. It was released alongside other notable films such as ‘Ganapath,’ ‘Yaariyaan 2,’ and ‘Bhagavanth Kesari.’
