Saiyami Kher runs and cycles to and from rehearsals

Despite her tight shooting schedule, actress Saiyami Kher is catching up on her workouts by jogging and cycling to scenes. The actress, who made her film debut with ‘Mirzya’ in 2016, has always been active in sports and loves discipline.

The actress commented on her fitness routine, claiming that it keeps her not only physically strong but also psychologically sound: “I prefer not to think of my workouts as difficult chores. The moment I do that, I start making excuses. I appreciate doing out since it improves both my physical and emotional well-being.”

She does, however, have days when she feels sluggish, but she has a fantastic trick up her sleeve to help her get back on track: “Even on lazy days, I remind myself of the sense of success I have when I overcome them. In addition, I’ve been interested in sports since elementary school. So adding physical activity into my everyday routine has become a lifetime decision for me.”

Interestingly, the actress competed in badminton state championships after playing cricket at the school level for Maharashtra and being selected for the National squad.

Saiyami went on: “I attempt to ride or run back from the location. Not only does it save me time in traffic, but it also allows me to unwind. I also bought a fantastic treadmill and a bike trainer for my home, so that even if I work strange hours, I can train at any time. I exercise alone and with other fitness-obsessed friends.”

Professionally, the actress has began work on Anurag Kashyap’s film with Gulshan Devaiah. She’s also working on Rahul Dholakia’s ‘Agni’ alongside Pratik Gandhi. She will also appear in the third season of ‘Breathe Into the Shadow,’ as well as ‘Ghoomer,’ both of which she will co-star with Abhishek Bachchan.
