Trump Mocks Iran's Apology as Surrender, Adds Targets in New Warning
Trump argued that Iran’s surrender was the product of unending U.S. and Israeli military pressure that has devastated Tehran’s arsenal.
New Delhi (India) March 8:Trump brushed off Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian’s public apology to neighboring countries, viewing it as a sign Tehran has “surrendered.”
Earlier, Pezeshkian said his government regretted retaliatory strikes that Tehran has launched on its neighbors in response to the ongoing U.S.-Israeli military campaign targeting Iran and said Iranian forces would not target neighboring states unless an attack against Iran is launched directly from that country.
