It has always been Antony x Keerthy (Iykyk) (laughing and red heart emojis).” After making her relationship Instagram official, Keerthy Suresh visited Tirupati temple and during a media interaction outside the temple, Keerthy confirmed that she will be getting married in December. She told the paps, “I am getting married next month. That is why I came for the darshan of Srivaru.
