Sundarnagar Ki Sundari Wins Hearts with Charm and Simplicity

Released on 8th August under the banner of Chilsag Pictures, Sundarnagar Ki Sundari is written and directed by the talented Sachin Gupta. Though the film opened with a modest buzz, it has quickly won hearts with its brilliant script, refreshing performances, and heartfelt storytelling.
At the heart of the film is Sanskriti Verma as Surili, who delivers a performance far beyond her years. It’s hard to believe this is her debut—she lights up the screen with ease and promises a bright future.
Himanshu Goel impresses with his natural charm and sincerity. His presence feels effortless, and his chemistry with Gracy Goswami is not only believable but also one of the film’s biggest highlights. Gracy as Coco adds grace and liveliness to every scene—her expressions are heartfelt and her performance feels natural, making the character instantly likable. Together, Himanshu and Gracy create moments that are fun, subtle, and endearing.
Abhishek Chavan as Pintu shines with his boy-next-door appeal and honest performance. He brings both innocence and depth to his character, making Pintu relatable and memorable. Virti Vaghani as Chikki beautifully complements him on screen, bringing charm, confidence, and warmth to her role. Virti looks stunning, and her pairing with Abhishek feels effortless and refreshing, making them a couple the audience will surely root for.
The supporting cast is equally delightful. The parents of Surili and Pintu are true surprise packages—powerful performers who add weight and charm to the family drama.
A special mention must go to Sahas Purswani as Gullu, who delivers a very surprising performance. His climax scene is a true show-stealer, leaving the audience both shocked and delighted. Sahas oozes confidence as Gullu, with a strong screen presence that makes him stand out in every frame.
The story itself is refreshing: two neighbouring families come together for a wedding, and what unfolds is a mix of fun, chaos, and heartfelt moments. The family dynamics, especially the hilarious interactions between the parents, are sure to leave the audience in splits.
On the musical front, Shivang Mathur’s compositions are a treat. The four peppy tracks are vibrant and catchy, while the background score perfectly complements the film’s lively mood.
Director Sachin Gupta deserves full credit for weaving such a wholesome entertainer. He not only extracts the best from a fresh cast but also ensures that every character leaves a mark. Sundarnagar Ki Sundari is a rare gem—a clean, fun-filled, family entertainer that everyone can enjoy together.
Verdict: A must-watch film that celebrates family, love, and laughter. More films like this are truly needed!
