UP Man Returning from UK to Surprise Wife who Gets Murdered by Her wife and Lover

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India] March 19: On Wednesday, police said that a merchant navy officer from Uttar Pradesh had been attacked to death by his wife and her lover. The officer's body had been cut up and shut inside a drum with cement.

An investigation was started after the victim's family reported that he was  missing from his home in Brahmpuri's Indra Nagar Phase 2 on March 4. His name is Saurabh Rajput, and he is 29 years old.

Muskan, 27, the victim's wife, and Sahil, 25, were taken under custody. It was found out by police that they had been together while they were interrogating them that they killed Rajput with a knife on March 4. People who were accused also claimed that they cut up Rajput's body, put it in a drum, and wrapped it with cement.

Officials told the news agency PTI that the bad crime happened on Tuesday in the Indira Nagar area of Meerut. The body of the victim was found and sent for a postmortem examination.
Police said that the dead man's wife tried to mislead investigators by sending texts from his phone. Along with the other suspect, Sahil, who was also charged with the terrible crime, went on holiday to a hill station.

NDTV said that Saurabh Rajput's family didn't like that he left his job to spend more time with his wife.

She had to rent a different house because of the disparities. The Rajput found out that Muskaan was seeing his friend Sahil, leading to problems between the two, according to the report.

The man chose to join the merchant navy again, and he came back home on February 24 to celebrate his daughter's birthday. Police said that Muskaan put sleeping pills in his food on March 4, and NDTV said that Sahil killed him while he was slept. Their plan to get away of the body didn't work because police came to their house after Rajput's family filed a complaint.

After dating for a while, they got married in 2016. Police said that both of their families didn't like their relationship, so they rented a house in Indira Nagar Phase 1 and lived there alone with their three-year-old daughter.
