Bholanath Das Honoured with the Lal Bahadur Shastri Award 2025 at the Constitution Club of India, Delhi

New Delhi, August 30, 2025 – The light of education was brought to the islands of the Sundarbans, through which national recognition was earned by teacher Bholanath Das. A grand felicitation ceremony was organized at the Constitution Club of India, where the Lal Bahadur Shastri Award 2025 was conferred upon him by Gantavaya Sansthan, Delhi in the Education & Social Service Category. Recognition was accorded to his remarkable contributions in the field of Education. The honor was bestowed with the love and blessings of Shri Sunil Shastri, Former Member of Parliament and son of Bharat Ratna and Former Prime Minister Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri.

Bholanath Das’s dedicated work in uplifting rural communities and strengthening educational initiatives has been widely acknowledged. Multiple welfare projects aimed at grassroots development have been spearheaded by him as a Teaching Professional, Social Contributor, and Researcher. Employment and empowerment opportunities for local communities have been created through the School of Day Trading founded by him.

Heartfelt gratitude was expressed by Bholanath Das in his acceptance remarks. “The Lal Bahadur Shastri Award 2025 has been proudly received by me. The evening also witnessed the felicitation of several distinguished personalities with the Rashtriya Gaurav Samman 2025 and Stree Shakti Samman 2025. These awards were presented to honor extraordinary achievements across diverse fields such as education, public service, women’s empowerment, and leadership. Among the dignitaries who graced the stage to bestow the awards were Hon’ble Shri Sunil Shastri Ji (Former MP & Minister), Shri Mangatram Singhal Ji (Former MLA & Minister), Shri Ajendra Lodhi Ji (Member of Parliament, Hamirpur Lok Sabha), Shri Rajkumar Bhatia Ji (MLA), Shri Sanjeev Patjoshi Ji (IPS, Karnataka State), Shri Amit Gupta Ji (Chairman, Paramedical Board), and Smt. Neha Agarwal Ji (Councillor, Delhi). Other eminent leaders and guests from different parts of the country also joined the ceremony, applauding the awardees for their accomplishments.ß
