New Delhi (India) June 18: According to the official website, the National Testing Agency (NTA) made the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate or CUET UG 2025 provisional answer key available on Tuesday June 17, 2025.

The official NTA CUET website will have the CUET results for undergraduate courses. Applicants who took the test can visit exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG to check their results.

The dates of the CUET UG 2025 exams were May 13–June 3, 2025. The computer-based test was carried out in 15 foreign locations and 285 Indian cities. The paper consisted of a general aptitude test, 23 domain subjects and 13 languages that made up the 37 subjects.

According to the official announcement, 13,54,699 registered students took the exam this year, making it one of the most popular undergraduate entrance exams in the nation.

The CUET UG 2025 exam has a marking system that awards +5 points for every right response, -1 points for each incorrect response, and 0 points for questions that are not attempted.

The agency has also made question papers available and posted the solution key and candidates' answers. To view the answer key, candidates have to enter their application numbers and birth dates.

The provisional answer key can be challenged by anyone who is unhappy with it by paying a non-refundable filing fee of ₹200 for each question. On June 20, the window will close.

Credit cards, debit cards, net banking or UPI can all be used to make payments. No challenges without the processing fee or after the deadline will be allowed.

The NTA said, “Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject experts. If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key finalized by the Experts after the challenge will be final” in a statement.

A group of subject-matter experts will review any objections. The answer key will be updated for each applicant if a challenge is determined to be valid. This updated answer key will serve as the basis for the final result. However, the results of their objections will not be shared to specific candidates.

Retests were also conducted by the agency on June 2 and 4 for students who first gave the test on May 13 and 16.

In the event of any difficulties, candidates can contact the helpdesk at 011-40759000. They are also encouraged to check for the most recent information on the official NTA website, cuet.nta.nic.in.
