Faridabad(Haryana)[India] November 20: Faridabad Police created a Special Investigation Team to study the activities of Al Falah University. This came after the arrest of university doctors in a major terror module case. The university sits at Dhauj road and has existed for many years in the Aravalli belt. The area has seen many educational projects since the 1990s. Police said the SIT will check every part of the university’s working. They said no detail will be ignored. The team has senior officers who will look at the full picture.

Focus On University Activities And Hidden Links

Police said the SIT will prepare a detailed report on the daily work inside the university. They said they want to know how the campus became a place of concern. Officers said they will look at the movement of funds. They will also study how explosives may have been stored. They will also check the role of people from nearby villages. Detention Of Cab Driver And His Past Connection

Investigators detained a cab driver from Dhauj village. They said he had tools kept in his home by one of the arrested doctors. They recovered a grinding machine and an electric device. These items will be tested. The driver is from Asaoti village in Palwal district but lives in Billa colony now. His link with the doctor began when he took his injured son to the university hospital. The doctor treated the child with care. This trust later turned into a bond. Police said this part needs careful study.

Questioning Of Cleric And Urdu Teacher From Nuh

A cleric and an Urdu teacher from Ghasera village were also detained. They were picked up near the Shahi Jama Masjid in Raipur village. This mosque stands on an old route used by travellers from nearby towns. Officers said they want to know if any meeting happened there. They said Dr Umar Nabi visited the mosque many times. He is linked to the blast near the Red Fort. The family of the cleric said he is innocent. They said the mosque is open to all and many people visit every day.

History Of Al Falah Area And Growing Concerns

The land around Al Falah University has seen many changes over time. The area was once full of stone quarries. Later it became known for colleges and medical centres. People from many states study there. Police said this history makes the investigation important. They asked how the terror module stayed hidden for years. They said they will trace every link.
