New Delhi (India) February 27:As cross-border tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistan flared along the Durand Line and border, several states sounded an urgent call for restraint and an immediate ceasefire after mutual airstrikes overnight resulted in widespread damage to military sites and civilian infrastructure, and the death toll for both sides has been rising.
