“Show one photo of damage in India” Says National Security Advisor Ajit Doval As Praises Operation Sindoor

New Delhi (India) July 11: Ajit Doval, the national security advisor has dismissed reports of collateral damage in India. He praised Operation Sindoor as a proud moment for India. He urged his critics to show even one picture of Indian property being destroyed.

STRIKES ON PAKISTANI AIRBASES

At the 62nd Convocation of IIT Madras, he stated that the operation lasted 23 minutes. The strikes hit precisely nine targets in a crisscross pattern inside Pakistan and away from the border.

He said, “They wrote these things, New York Times and put out things. The images only showed 13 air bases in Pakistan before and after 10th May, whether it was in Sargodha, Rahim Yar Khan, Chaklala. I am only telling you what the foreign media put out on the basis of images. We are capable of doing that damage to Pakistani air bases."

ACCOUNTABILITY OF INTERNATIONAL MEDIA

Doval questioned the credibility of the international coverage. He questioned why, in spite of assertions that Pakistan had retaliated, there was never any proof of Indian damage.

He said, "Foreign press said that Pakistan did that and this. You tell me one photograph, one image, which shows any damage to any Indian structure, even a glass pane having been broken.”

INDIGENOUS EFFICIENCY

Doval provided fresh operational information. He commended the effectiveness and accuracy of Operation Sindoor. He characterized it as a highly advanced strike performed with full indigenous support.

Doval said, "We have to develop our indigenous technology. Mention of Sindoor was made here. We are proud of how much indigenous technology we used. The operation was precise to the point and nowhere near the border areas, contrary to what foreign media said.”

OPERATION SINDOOR

India launched Operation Sindoor on May 7 in retaliation for a terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. The attack was supported by Pakistan and claimed 26 lives.

The Indian Air Force struck nine major terror hotspots in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The targets included the main Lashkar-e-Taiba base in Muridke and the Jaish-e-Mohammad headquarters in Bahawalpur.

Pakistan tried to retaliate with drone and missile strikes, but India's air defence systems stopped them all.
