On Tuesday in an interview with TV channel news18 India PM Narendra Modi said, ” From the day I do Hindu-Muslim in politics it will be my last day in the life of the Indian public” and “It is my resolution”. But is this real or just a saying? Recently the opposite parties along with Congress have made allegations about Modi and (BJP) Bharatiya Janata Party that they are violating the rules of our democracy by targeting minority Muslims to please Hindu voters as the elections are nearer, but according to the interview of PM Modi he and his party have denied this statement of the opposing parties.
According to PM Modi’s recent statement that comes after his speech in Rajasthan’s Banswara which was held on 21st April 24, while criticizing the manifesto of Congress, in his speech he said, “When Congress was in power, they had said that the first right to the wealth of our nation goes to the Muslims. Which means to whom do they want to distribute our wealth? Those who have more children or to the infiltrators.” Later he questioned the public,” Do you want your hard-earned money to be distributed to infiltrators or what?” Over this statement, Congress has complained to The Election Commission of India by stating that PM Modi made “Deeply objectionable” comments about Muslims of India in his speech on April 21, which violates the poll rules. The Election Commission of India has asked for a response to this complaint from JP Nadda, the national president of BJP.
Yet we can’t conclude over such allegations whether PM Modi is biased or unbiased over religions or uses religions to win or to be in the race of politics. On Tuesday in a recent interview with TV Channel news18 PM, Modi clarified his comments and arguments over ” families with more children” and “infiltrators” by declaring that his mentions about families having more children and infiltrators were not at all related neither to Muslims nor any other religion in India and his motive was just to express about family planning and poverty across India even he added, that poverty is the only reason for more children or overpopulation and not any specific religion or community. By this recent statement, he has brought crystal clarity to his hated statements and arguments. He also appealed to not to twist and present his statements while presenting news. This has made his path into politics much clearer and winnable. So, let’s wait for the upcoming elections and see the choices of the Indians as to whom they choose their leader, whether PM Modi again or someone else.
